1- DEADLINE TO COMPLETE YOUR ON-LINE REGISTRATION FORM – Date on information pack and participants Index page
We now require all competitors/helpers/accompanying media to complete their Registration Form on-line. We will print a copy for you to sign.
Competitors that have not completed their Registration Form on-line will be asked to do so on-site using their own device forfeiting their turn while doing so.
All members of an entry must register at the same time.
2- WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE
No problem re-submit as many forms as you need. We will only take into account your latest one. All others will be disregarded.
3- SIGNATURE
DO NOT PRE SIGN the form – this is required to be done on-site in front of an official upon presentation of a photo ID. No exception!!
4- OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Remember to also bring with you any insurance documentation to facilitate procedures should that become necessary.
Have a copy of your French fishing permit if you haven’t emailed a copy.
5- PRINTING
You can bring your own copy but we will have ours too if you have completed your form by the deadline date (see above).
Your name will appear in ORANGE on Official List showing we have received your form. We will print a copy of all the forms we will have received.
6- NEXT OF KIN
In case of an emergency, it is very important we are able to reach your closest living relative

German Wichtig: nächsten Angehörigen / Eltern-Namen (Vater, Ehepartner, Lebensgefährten) + Rufnummer
Hungarian Fontos: közeli hozzátartozók / szülő nevét (apa, házastárs, élettárs) + telefonszám
Italian Importante: parente più prossimo / nome del genitore (padre, coniuge, partner) + numero di telefono
Latvian Svarīgi: tuvāko radinieku / mātes vārds (tēvs, laulātais, partneris) + telefona numuru
Lithuania Svarbu: Next of Kin / tėvų vardu tėvas, sutuoktinis, partneris) + telefono numeris
Polish Ważne: krewny / rodzic nazwy (ojciec, małżonek, partner) + numer telefonu
Romanian Important: o rudă / părinte nume (tată, soţ, soţie, partener) + numărul de telefon
Russian Важно: ближайших родственников / родителей имя (отец, супруг, партнер) + номер телефона
Serbian Важно: родбине / родитеља (отац имена, супружник, партнер) + број телефона
Slovak Dôležité: ďalší príbuzný / rodič meno (otec, manžel, partner) + telefónne číslo
Slovenian Pomembno: poleg imena sorodstvene / starši (oče, zakonec, partner) + telefonska številka
