 We are excited to be returning once again to Madine! This is the second year we have managed to get a free trip – airfare & entrance fee paid for, for the WCC. Last year a raffle was held for the trip, our sponsors bought Tom & myself enough tickets to swing the odds of us drawing the ticket greatly in our favor, & low and behold we won!!  This year a US Qualifier for the WCC was held in April, CARP Tournament Series South Central Regionals at Hominy, Oklahoma, this was a 5 day tournament in the same format as the WCC, we managed 1st place at this event weighing in just 4 fish, which secured us the trip to Madine again.Not only did we win the French trip, but tackle prizes and a St Lawrence fishing vacation too. One month later we continued our winning streak by taking 1st place on the Seneca River, at CARP Tournament Series Northeast Regionals at Baldwinsville NY in May where we weighed in over 2800lb’s of Carp in 50 hrs. We have fished this event 3 years running and have taken 2nd, 3rd and now 1st place finishes for an accumulative weight of close to 4 tons of carp. We are so much looking forward to having another crack at Madine, meeting everyone again and having the opportunity of being part of such an awesome event. Colin Peters & Tom Brooks
