Turkey – are doing extremely well this year and have now caught 6 fish after no catches with us last year. They are currently in third place with a total weight so far of 79.4 kg at ATT peg 13.
South Africa – you know what they say ‘third time lucky’ and it certainly is for South Africa. In their third year of participating in the WCC they have finally got not just one, but two fish. 8.1 kg and 16.15 kg Mirrors from Carps Cabin peg 13.
USA – this is the second year they have entered but the first time they have caught. A great sized 15.5 kg Mirror for Colin and Tom at Carps Cabin peg 12.
Japan – we were thrilled to announce that they were even attending this year but we are even more delighted that they have caught 3 carp so far! 13 kg Mirror and two Commons at 13.2 & 3 kg from ATT peg 6.
