The promoter is World Carp Classic Limited ("WCC") (company number 06326037) whose registered office is Avon Building, Wallops Wood, Droxford, Southampton, SO32 3QY, Hampshire, England.

This promotion is open to all except for employees/consultants of World Carp Classic and those directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion or their families.

No purchase is necessary. To enter though the offer is restricted to one entry per customer per month. Entry into this promotion will be deemed to constitute full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Promotion is solely run online, please visit www.worldcarpclassic.com/draw to register.  Failure to comply with the sites’ terms and conditions (T&C's) will automatically render your entry to this promotion as void.

Entry instructions form part of the rules. Completing the entry form/entering the prize draw is to confirm your agreement to take part and allow the use of your name in any associated publicity, and to agree to receive the World Carp Classic newsletter with our best offers. You are free to opt out at any time.

If you refer a friend, you must only do so if you have checked that they will not object to receiving an email from us.

Due to the nature of some of the prizes, notably the top prize of a FREE Entry in the World Carp Classic 2010, all participants must be 18 years or over. Additional eligibility requirements may apply e.g. a valid passport, visas etc as prizes may include travel with regard to fishing holidays and top prize.

The winner and their companion(s) will be responsible for supplying appropriate documents and proof of vaccinations where necessary. It is strongly recommended that travellers take out adequate travel insurance.

To qualify for the monthly prize draw you must register your entry online between 00:01 GMT on the first day of each month and 23:59 GMT of the 27th of each month. Monthly prizes will be drawn around mid day of the 28th of each month or on the next working day.

For every month you enter you will get an additional entry into the final draw to take place on the 30th June 2010. On that draw a single prize of a FREE Entry in the 2010 World Carp Classic Event will be awarded.

Exceptionally the prize draw for month of August 2009 will be done on-site at the World Carp Classic. Due to the nature of the prize it will be awarded to someone present at the competition. All entries received will as usual gain a ticket towards the final draw for the Free place in the 2010 event.

Redeemability of monthly prizes will be explained next to prizes on offer. Postage and Packaging may apply and will always be notified next to the prizes on offer. Dispatching of prizes will be at suppliers’ sole responsibility and not the World Carp Classic. Additional suppliers T&C may apply.

All prizes inclusive of the top prize are non-transferable to any other person, non-negotiable, non-refundable and no cash or credit alternatives are possible. Prizes never include insurance and extras. The promoter may substitute any prize that is awarded pursuant to this promotion as it, in its sole discretion, may determine.

The winners will be notified exclusively by email on the day that the draw has taken place and no later than 48 hours after. Names will also be posted on the website and published in newsletters. The organisers will endeavour their best to post videos of the draws on video sharing sites.

Monthly prizes not claimed within 180 days from the date of the draw will be dealt with in such a manner as World Carp Classic, in its absolute discretion, sees fit.

The winner of the Top Prize will be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of the draw taking place on the 30th June 2010. It is required that the winner accept their prize by e-mail within 14 days of notification. Details of how to book will be given at this time. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified time period, the winner will forfeit any and all claims to the prize awarded.

All taxes, insurance, transfers, spending money, competition extras (i.e. Team Runner, Team Entry,…) and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses upgrades etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner of the top prize of a Free Entry in the 2010 event and for any of the fishing holiday prizes drawn as part of the monthly draws.

Closure of an account during this promotion or before winners have been announced will render the entry void.

The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this competition at any time and without prior notice if deemed necessary in his/her opinion, or if circumstances arise out of his/her control.

If the promoter, in his/her reasonable opinion, believes that a person is deliberately manipulating entries into this promotion the promoter may exclude said person from this promotion. The promoter reserves the right to withhold any entries at his/her discretion. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the draw the decision of World Carp Classic shall be final and binding. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

If any tax is levied by the Inland Revenue in respect of the award of any prize pursuant to this promotion, such tax levied will be the responsibility of, and paid by, the prize winner to the Inland Revenue.

The promoter is not liable for any costs, claims, damages or loss suffered by any person as a result of entering this promotion occasioned by any failure, however caused, in the fulfilment of the terms of this promotion. No term in this promotion will operate to limit the liability of any party for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
