This is to help those of you who are having problems entering the prize draw each month. If you have any further problems please let us know via the forum.

If you log on to the website and go to your own profile it will say at the bottom whether you have entered this month or not.

If not then in the top left hand corner of your profile page you will see an 'edit' tab, click on that and select 'update your profile' from the dropdown list.

This will take you to another page with more tabs.

Select the 'about me' tab.

4 options up from the bottom there is an 'enter prize draw' box.


If you select/tick this box and then click on 'update' at the bottom left it will save these changes and you will be entered into the monthly draw.

It will then take you back to your profile home page where you can now see you are entered into the draw.
