EVENT DATE
Lac de Madine 31st August - 6th September
 
NEW IN 2008
* Boats allowed for the first time in competition on Madine
* Banks specially opened for the event
* Lake activities restricted to area not used by the competition

EVENT FORMAT
* 114 hours enduro over 6 days and 5 nights
* 4 rods allowed per pair
* Boat strongly recommended (boats allowed for first time in competition on Madine)
* Bait boats and echo sounder allowed

ENTRY FEE*
Early birds - £750 per pair - Until 29th February 2008
Entry price - £850 per pair

TEAM ENTRY
£360 for all bookings made before 20th August 2008
£400 for bookings made on-site

TEAM RUNNER*
£50 for all bookings made between the 9th of July and the 20th August 2008.
£75 for bookings made on-site


SUPPORTERS 
As only one Team Runner is allowed per pair. Any additional persons accompanying a pair will have to register as supporters. They will be able to bivvy free of charge during the event at bivvy camp. Local accommodation will also be available to be booked on-line (details to be disclosed 80 days prior to the competition).
Extra seats at the Opening Ceremony Gala Dinner can be booked on-site at £20 a ticket.

Saturday 30th August
Competitors beginning to arrive at the lake.
Possibility to set up at Bivvy Camp

11:00 - 19:00: Official registration time for Pairs/Team Runner/Boat

Sunday 31st August
09:00 - 16:00: Official registration time for Pairs/Team Runner/Boat
17:00 - 18:00: Media and VIP cocktail
19:00 - 19:30: Official Opening Ceremony
19:30 - 20:00: Official photograph

20:00 onwards: Draw, Gala Dinner and entertainment

Monday 1st September
07:00: Competitors free to go to pegs and prepare for competition at their leisure

15:00: Start of the competition

Saturday 6th September
08:00: End of the competition
08:00 - 13:00: Anglers to return to HQ for prize giving
13:00 - 14:00: Official prize giving & Closing Ceremonies

14:00 onwards: Winners official photo shoot with sponsors*

* The official currency of the event is the Pound Sterling (£)
* Only one Team Runner per pair allowed to bivvy on the bank
* Winners data collection for payment of prizes
