SBS, owing to its high quality products and the continuous product improvements, has become a decisive participant in the bait production market. The company, during its years of operation, has had different owners, but it has never affected SBS's steady growth. SBS Tactical Baits has been purchased by a Hungarian group of companies managed by Zoltán Kovács. He has been awarded the golden medal at many Carp competitions and together with his team mates managed to catch an amazing 1415,04 kg of Carp at the II. Ezerjó Carp Angling Cup in Hungary in 2011 and according to the cup's organisers this result is a new World Record in its category.
