World Carp Classic welcomes the first ever entry from a pair from the land of the rising sun. As one of the pairs competing for JRC this year Norio Shishido and Syuhei Someya from Japan will make history when they come up onthe stage. This will also be a first for them as they have never been to a European country or competed in an event on the size and scale of the World Carp Classic. It will also be the first time that they will be using a boat. We are looking forward to welcoming them and having the opportunity of introducing them to the other competitors. The entry of Japan this year is further demonstration of how far the World Carp Classic is reaching.
