• VIP drinks reception in Cape de Monte
• Water taxi for competitors by local fisherman to Marta
• Pasta and cocktail Party In Marta
• Entertainment Musicians/ DJ in Marta
• Coach travel to return competitors back to Bivvy City

Sunday 2nd September

• Competitors begin to arrive at the lake to set up at Bivvy Camp
• Official registration time for Pairs/Team Runner/Boat
• Team Gladiator Games
• Opening Parade starting from Bolsena castle
• Opening Ceremony - Bolsena
• Peg Draw

Monday 3rd September

• Competition commences

Thursday 6th September

• VIP meal for Italian dignitaries
